Shipping Update:

Message to all friends and loyal customers of Isaiah’s Garden:

In the last few weeks, we have been bombarded with emails in regards to our Free Shipping policy. Our response is, yes, we have had to discontinue our free shipping.

The reasoning is quite simple, and I feel after thinking about our response, you too will understand the burden of our coming to this decision…

Cost.

The cost of our products and supplies needed, the availability of our products used in the manufacture of our products, the cost of our labor involved, and the cost of shipping our product to you. All have gone up substantially, and have now reached the tipping point where we, as a business, are no longer able to offer Free Shipping.

It literally has gotten to the point of “breaking even,” as a business, is no longer an option for us.

We have been in business since 2014, without any type of cost hike.

Ever.

Sadly, we as a company, have been forced to make some decisions that go against our grain, in a matter of speaking, because at Isaiah’s Garden it has never been about the money…our goal has been to produce a product that helps people in their quest to enjoy a healthier lifestyle.

Simply take a look at the cost of shipping we’re paying today. Since our inception, the shipping costs have steadily gone up and up.

To our customers who have been with us for awhile, you remember at times, you’ve received damaged, or broken bottles of our product in the past from, what I have seen, and you as well, as total negligence bringing our product to your door, at times.

Our response, has always been to send a new product as a replacement immediately.

At no cost to you.

The reasoning? You paid for a product, and we saw our need to see you got exactly what you’d paid for, no questions asked.

Did you damage the product?

No.

Did we damage your product?

No.

Insurance you ask?

Yes, we have insurance on our product. 50 dollars worth. That’s what our shipping carrier places on our product.

They do offer to cover whatever our product is worth, and we used this in the beginning of our business to cover our product in case of damage. Or so we thought.

Guess what?

We figured out very quickly that collecting on this safeguard, was like pulling teeth! Time consuming, to put it mildly, but it got to the point it became so aggravating, so time consuming, that we just stopped even attempting to recoup some of our losses.

We just endured them.

Again, neither we, nor you, as our customers, had anything at all to do with the breakage of our product. Yet we endured the loss ourselves.

As well, we immediately shipped out new products to ensure our customers received just what they’d ordered.

These are all factors in our decision to no longer be able to offer, Free Shipping.

Many of you have continued to use our product, with no questions asked. Many are asking this question, and personally, I would as well.

This is why I am posting this explanation today. Simply to make sure you are aware of what is taking place, on our end.

Go to the grocery store today.

The gas pump.

Buy parts for your car, and I could go on, and on.

It bothers me deeply in not being able to continue to offer our customers this service, but that’s exactly where we’ve arrived.

In all honesty, at 66 years young, I’m not sure what Country I’m living in today.

Any of you ask yourselves that same question in today’s world?

I have to inform you too, that we may have to look at raising our product cost in the future.

If things don’t change, and change dramatically soon, that’s the road we may have to travel.

Sad, but true.

In closing, I want to say thank you to our customers. Many who have literally become like family to us. Thank you for your support, and belief in our product line.

God Bless you and yours, and God Bless the USA!

Sincerely,

Doug Bronson
